PC Fitness is committed to developing a personalized fitness program that is especially designed to motivate you, support you, and take you to your desired goals. No matter your current fitness level or condition, a training program can be designed for you and together we will reach your goals! PC Fitness will help guide you nutrionally and physically. Our personal training programs are results driven and personally designed to overcome any obstacles you face.  

           COACHING & CONSULTING

PC Fitness realizes that everyone is at different points in their life. We realize that a healthier and more powerful mind leads to a healthier and more powerful you. We offer Health Consulting which tailor fits a nutritional program specific to your needs. On top of this we also offer Life Coaching programs designed to keep you on your path to success no matter which path you are choosing in life.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

PC Fitness is a mobile boot camp designed to travel where and when we are needed. We offer classes ranging from our PC Towel Toning Class, our H.I.I.T PC Class (High Intensity Interval Training) , First Step Dance Cardio Class, and of course our PC Fitness Boot Camp Class. We are constantly adding and updating our classes in order to always add a new and innovative approach to group fitness.

           MUSCLE TONE & STRENGTH

 

Whether it is through our personal training, group fitness, nutritional programs or a combination of the three, PC Fitness clients see the difference in their bodies. We aim to tone and sculpt the muscles as much as we like to strengthen them. Your muscles will look, feel, and operate as effeciently as you have envisioned.

           CORE STRENGTH & POWER

 

Developing core strength and power is what our group fitness and personal training aims to optimize in each individual. By carefully constructing each exercise and class, PC Fitness targets core concepts to develope core strength and produce the self generation of power. We believe that a more powerful and functional body is a body that is operating at its full potential.
